About Us
We founded RADTAC in 1998 to provide Consulting and Training in the earliest Agile methods such as DSDM and Scrum. From the start, we led the way by focussing on helping corporate clients radically improve their capabilities by adopting Agile for their IT and business projects.
We have successfully developed our reputation by applying our expertise in organisational change and process improvement, and by using our knowledge of industry standard approaches for general Project Management and systems development that are used beyond the world of Agile.
Today, RADTAC provides a full-range of Consulting, Training and Delivery Services across Project Management and systems development of all types — traditional, contemporary and Agile.
We continue to lead by being the only provider of full-service offerings in all the key and emerging Agile methods, by applying these together with the more traditional and contemporary methods. It is this unique breadth and depth of expertise and service that gives RADTAC the edge.
Our origins and success have led us to value three things above all others:
Value: To continue to deliver success to our clients; to enable them to build their capabilities, we must consistently deliver value. This, more than anything is what our clients expect.
Pragmatism: None of us operate in a perfect world. An understanding of real-world constraints and pragmatism is essential in applying our expertise to the benefit of our customers. In seeking to deliver smarter businesses to improve our clients’ performance, there will always be some things that cannot be changed.
Collaboration: Lasting success can only be achieved by working in concert, openly and honestly — with everyone.
RADTAC has taken the view that the client understands its business best and that rather than replace wholesale existing software development processes, it is more pragmatic to introduce new practices gradually alongside existing processes. This ‘evolution’ rather than ‘revolution’ approach helps the client get up to speed with the new practices without losing any time in their productivity.
