Efficiency & Performance Improvement Conference

RADTAC Presentation at major Government event

The Efficiency and Performance Improvement Conference 2006 is organised by the National School of Government and will be held at the Victoria Park Plaza hotel in London on the 28th and 29th March 2006.

This year’s conference, the tenth of its kind, will continue leading the drive for success in Government by focusing on both the Efficiency and Delivery & Reform Agendas.

Underpinning the conference theme and woven into many of the presentations and workshops will be the universal concepts of Pride, Pace, Passion and Professionalism, the ‘four Ps’ of Sir Gus O’Donnell, Secretary of the Cabinet Office and Head of the Home Civil Service.

Delegates will hear from those at, or close to, the centre of Government who are influencing and executing these agendas as well as those whose experience can offer insights and inspiration that will encourage the adoption of best practice.

RADTAC Director, Peter Measey, will be presenting the work that RADTAC have undertaken with Government departments such as the Home Office and HMRC on the development and deployment of best-practice frameworks for agile projects and programmes.

Participation is strongly recommended from those who are Chief Executives, senior managers and others charged with delivering improvement in their public service organisations.
