RADTAC Case Study Featured in Agile Newsletter
XP, DSDM and Prince2 - Best Partners for Best Practice
The latest issue of Timebox, the newsletter of the DSDM Consortium, features a case study of a recent RADTAC engagement in which XP, DSDM and Prince2 were used to create a combined process framework for a major multi-national financial services organisation. RADTAC designed, built and deployed the process framwork on a MS Sharepoint platform for the client and provided consultancy, coaching and training to over 600 project managers and project team members in the UK, mainland Europe, India, Hong Kong and Japan. As a result of the programme the client’s Indian software organisation acheived CMMI Level 5 accreditation.
