Standing Room Only for RADTAC Agile Maturity Presentation at NEC
RADTAC supported the Project Challenge Conference at the NEC in March for the third year in succession.
Peter Measey - Operations Director of RADTAC - presented on the subject of “Agile Maturity Model and RADTAC Maturity Audit Services”, and once again it was standing room only for the 130+ attendees, followed by a very animated Q&A session that continued into the afternoon at the RADTAC stand.
Using examples of real-world statistics from RADTAC clients, Peter outlined services from RADTAC that enable companies to review, revise and realign their project delivery delivery framework, practices and methods.
