What are the Characteristics of an Agile Organisation?
RADTAC was recently asked this question by a UK-based Global Telecoms Company. To provide objectivity to our answer we polled views and comments from a wide cross-section of Agile Practitioners, from within RADTAC and from the Agile Community as a whole.
It quickly became obvious that there is no single easy answer to this question. In fact there are several answers, which perhaps in part depend on how the organisation wants to be perceived, from the inside and also from the outside. The resulting report is a precise of the responses received; with our thanks to all who contributed their time and opinions in pondering this question.
