  • Global Services Provider - UK Borders Project

    The client is the Global Services Division of the largest UK Telecoms company, and was bidding to become the lead contractor on the multi billion pound contract to provide systems to the Government for UK Electronic Border Control.


  • Optimistic Digital TV

    Optimistic Entertainment introduced the genre of “Participation TV” into the UK in 2003, and provided entertainment content for proprietary and third party networks. As part of their ambitious plans they needed a partner to design, develop and deliver a bespoke system for the Data Integration and Business Performance of their TV broadcast content. Their requirement was for leading edge systems to provide unique and dynamic information from and for their live feeds – and enable Optimistic to review, adapt and react to the dynamics of the viewers interactions with the programmes.


  • Global Engineering Company - World’s First Atern Implementation

    The client is a well-known Global Engineering Company with significant investment, plants and offices throughout the UK, America, Europe and the Far East. The client has a global business improvement programme in place to introduce and exploit a Product Lifecycle Management based approach to their business, supported by software from a leading PLM provider. The project required significant, deeply technical work to configure the software to meet the client’s needs. Earlier projects have suffered from time and cost over-runs, often as a result of poor performance of the IT elements. The client needed to drive predictability of delivery into the system configuration aspects of the project to enable the delivery of business change and flexibility that is essential in a challenging global market.

  • British Airways

    British Airways DSDM roll-out programme is the largest ever undertaken anywhere in the world. 'The World's Favourite Airline' selected RADTAC to supply DSDM Training and Consulting to its 1500-strong application development and support department, which has some 200 IT projects in progress at any given time.

  • Global Services Provider - Europes Largest Civilian Project

    Client Outline and Requirement The client is the Global Services Division of the largest UK Telecoms company, and is the lead contractor on the largest civilian project in Europe, to provide the messaging Spine for the NHS National Programme for IT.


  • Global Broadband Provider

    The client is the European Division of a global Broadband provider, with an established reputation for the provision of world-class services. The project was to review and broaden its current portal and content systems and its project delivery methods – the objective being to widen and broaden their ability to provide leading-edge services to an expanding global user community, in an increasingly volatile market.


  • Norwich & Peterborough Building Society

    Norwich & Peterborough Building Society (N&P) is the UK’s thirteenth largest building society, with assets of more than £4.3bn. Formed by the merger of the Norwich and Peterborough Building Societies in 1986, it has over 50 branches mainly located in East Anglia, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire. N&P selected RADTAC to provide Consulting and Training Services to introduce Agile methods within their IT project lifecycle and processes.
