RADTAC enjoys a long-standing relationship with Friends Provident, providing a full range of Consulting, Training and Software to the IT department and to the business.
RADTAC initially provided all Software, Consulting and Training services to Friends Provident to support their 3-year DSDM rollout programme. FP chose RADTAC after their Stakeholder project piloted Agile rapid application development (RAD) processes and won the BCS/Computing Excellence in IT award.
RADTAC provided Consulting and support to all Friends Provident IT-based programmes including e-commerce, CRM, component-based development, software package and legacy systems integration and offshore development. Working closely with international programme teams, customers and third party suppliers RADTAC has helped Friends Provident to define and implement optimum best practices geared towards their own unique circumstances. RADTAC’s Business Change Lifecycle (BCL) RouteMap has been implemented for all programmes and projects and DSDM Training, Consulting and Coaching has been applied across the board.
RADTAC has also developed and delivered a bespoke Project Management training course for Friends Provident IT, and this has been delivered to all FP Programme Managers, Project Managers and Team Leaders. In addition, RADTAC consultants provided a structured programme of coaching and mentoring to all attendees to enable them to achieve professional Project Management accreditation.
This programme was so successful that Friends Provident and RADTAC have rolled it out across the whole business and delivered an additional complementary programme to FP for Business Analysis.
RADTAC services to Friends Provident also include IT Project Management Programme (PMP) Training based on PRINCE2 concepts with Agile to 100+ personnel, IT Estimating Capability delivered to 100+ personnel. Further to our initial work with Friends Provident, RADTAC provide Programme and Project Management, and associated Training and Coaching to major projects within FP for International Projects and Services.
