Global Broadband Provider
The client is the European Division of a global Broadband provider, with an established reputation for the provision of world-class services. The project was to review and broaden its current portal and content systems and its project delivery methods – the objective being to widen and broaden their ability to provide leading-edge services to an expanding global user community, in an increasingly volatile market.
RADTAC Delivery Services
RADTAC was selected to help the client to build a high-quality delivery team of Agile Practitioners and to provide key members to the project team to work alongside existing personnel. The development team numbered approximately 30 practitioners at its height, comprised of RADTAC Practitioners, client business personnel and third parties. RADTAC provided a cross section of skilled personnel to enable the client to dynamically size the team according to the demands of the project workload.
RADTAC personnel applied a PragmaticAgile combination of Scrum and XP in the delivery of the project.

In order to succeed, the project was delivered to very aggressive timescales and required the application of Agile methods alongside traditional project delivery methods, and interfacing with existing systems throughout the corporation.
Summary
The project deliverables have been consistently well-received by the client business community and is recognised as delivering high quality methods and high quality code in a very intense environment.
The RADTAC team is recognised and valued by the client for their quality and skills, provided in a complex, high-value, high-activity project.
The client has been able to schedule the roll-out of the systems to all target countries and is now planning future deliveries to wider geographies.
