With a full and growing portfolio of projects to manage, develop and deliver and with this the need to ensure that they optimise their ability to deliver high quality, high value systems to their client base; Profund selected RADTAC to work with them to reappraise and redirect their project management and delivery processes.
Profund selected RADTAC and our PragmaticAgile approach to provide Consulting, Training and Services to provide the skills and services to help Profund to make the transition to Agile RUP Project management and Delivery. The RADTAC programme included planning and application of a transitional approach, provided through a combination of consulting, classroom training, and workshops with practical exercises based on real Profund projects. The result at Profund has been fast, effective and high value.
