RADTAC provided Programme Management and Programme Office consultancy to the General Insurance business of the Prudential, in support of their Technology Enablement Programme.
Best-practice management and development processes were defined for the entire business change programme and for each project stream within it. This encompassed 3rd party package software tailoring and integration, bespoke application software and infrastructure development, and acquisition and delivery of physical facilities.
The entire General Insurance Development Group was trained in DSDM as the basis for the approach, using RADTAC’s in-house training service.
