Training

RADTAC provides a comprehensive training and education service which covers all our areas of expertise, and is amongst the best in the industry.

Our portfolio includes high-level subject overviews, detailed practitioner training and targeted courses for individual role specialisations. We provide client-specific training of standard, adapted and totally bespoke courses and complete professional development programmes with coaching up to and including Certification.

We also provide a wide range of Public training courses.

Training can be delivered either stand-alone or as part of an overall organisational transformation or process performance improvement programme.

We provide accredited training in DSDM, Scrum and PRINCE2 with support, coaching and mock exams to assist with the professional certification process.

All RADTAC trainers are seasoned practitioners in their subjects, and are much more than simply “trainers”. They all have many years experience of applying Agile methods, systems development, project management and process improvement on real projects and programmes.

All RADTAC courses may be delivered on client-site, at local off-site venues or at Training Centres across the country.
