Analysis, Design, UML and RUP Training

RADTAC provides a range of training courses covering analysis and design skills and the industry standard Rational Unified Process (RUP) method from IBM Rational.

Our RUP training draws on our experience of applying the approach on some of the worlds largest and most complicated projects. Our RUP trainers are practised consultants and project managers with extensive real-world experience of using the approach.

Our analysis and design training includes specialism such as the Unified Modelling language (UML) and is delivered by similarly knowledgeable experts.

We also provide specific training on applying analysis and design practices within Agile methods.

All of our training can be delivered on client-site, at local venues or at our training centres across the country. Our standard courses can be easily adapted in length and content to meet specific needs.

Tailored analysis, design, UML and RUP courses can also be provided as part of a structured professional improvement programme with coaching and certification or as part of a wider transformation programme or process improvement initiative designed to build these capabilities.
