About Us | Unlock your organisation’s potential to accelerate value delivery for less cost.

Our Vision

Our Vision is to create a world of work that is engaging, meaningful and transforms people’s lives.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to turn the servants of the business system into the leaders of tomorrow’s value delivery.

Our values are:

  • Evolution over Revolution
  • Collaborative partnerships over Supplier relationships
  • Pragmatic transformation over Fundamentalist dogma
  • Transformational leadership over Transactional management

In principle we believe there is sometimes value associated with the statements on the right, however we value the statements on the left more.

Digital Transformation with Radtac - Unlock Potential

We operate at the intersection of business and technology to create competitive advantage through digital transformation: growing revenues, reducing costs, and improving efficiency and effectiveness.

We transform organisations by releasing the potential of your people through training, coaching and consulting, visualisation, and bringing in the best people to deliver measurable results; both at leadership and employee level. We do this by employing the best people at all levels.

We’ve been doing it for longer than any other Agile consultancy with major successes reaching back to 1998. Our clients in banking, financial services, gaming, public sector and FTSE 350 organisations value our honesty and our thought leadership in all areas of digital transformation.

Radtac is recognised by clients as the place where smart, ambitious people, who value their integrity and independence want to work.

Our selection process is challenging: it’s designed to identify people from top firms who have the deep technical knowledge, and, most importantly, the unique blend of people skills that differentiates a Radtac professional from the rest.
