Scrum is the most widely used Agile framework worldwide and is typically a core part of most organisation’s Agile Operating Models. Scrum provides a basic Agile framework ensuring it is flexible and can be implemented to great effect within numerous environments, including Information Technology, Marketing, and Business Transformation. We’ve been training Scrum since 2000 and have established a reputation for the quality of our training. We now offer Certified ScrumMaster®, Certified Scrum Developer® and Certified Scrum Product Owner® courses.
APMG-International Agile courses and qualifications are a stable-mate to PRINCE2®, ITIL® and Managing Successful Programmes. Each course is designed to improve the knowledge, skills, capabilities and productivity of project managers who want to understand how to apply Agile approaches within an overall project management lifecycle framework. Courses provide trainees with an understanding of how the Agile Project Management process can enable planning, management and control for predictable Agile project deliveries.
There are a number of scaling frameworks for Agile. Radtac aligns with the Scaled Agile Framework® – SAFe® approach, as we believe this is the most robust and proven framework on the market. SAFe® is based on principles from Lean Thinking, Agile Development, SAFe® ScrumXP, Agile Release Train, Agile Portfolio Management, Agile Architecture, and Scaling Leadership.
Lean Software Development originated in 2003. Lean is based on adapting ideas from lean manufacturing to a software development context. This approach has been enthusiastically embraced by the Agile community – lean principles often provide an explanation for why many Agile practices work based on proven evidence and also provide a framework for improving and scaling an Agile approach. In fact, the boundary between lean and Agile has become blurred over time.
Kanban is an approach to continuously improving service delivery that emphasises the smooth, fast flow of work. Kanban is used for all creative and knowledge work service delivery and workflows. It has been widely used in in a variety of industry areas such as video editing, advertising, recruitment, legal case processes, finance, sales, marketing, community development, management, and, of course, IT.
PRINCE2® is internationally recognised as the method for Project Management and is widely recognised and understood, providing a common language to all. PRINCE2® puts a focus on what a project is to deliver, why, by when and for whom.
The BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile introduces candidates to Agile and its fundamental concepts – then challenges conventional thinking and Agile application to stimulate a robust level of understanding. This certificate focuses on the principles and values of Agile including its evolution, culture, return of investment opportunities, differences between more traditional methods such as the Waterfall approach, and questioning popular Agile benefits versus real-world techniques.

We highly value the feedback we get from our training attendees, as it helps us ensure the best learning experience for you. Here’s what some of our trainees say about our courses:
“I think the training was superb. I did not have to do any further reading – I didn’t even have to read the notes I took, and I passed the exam on the first try the day I got the link. I feel confident that I understand more about Scrum than the exam tested, and this is all down to the quality of the two day course. I shall be recommending Radtac to friends and colleagues.”
“An excellent course, well presented, which gave a practical insight into applying Kanban to the NHS Choices development process. The trainer was excellent throughout and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended. “
Lead Software Developer, NHS Choices
“Enthusiastic and engaging delivery by experienced instructors. With a course such as this, striking a balance between theory and relevant practical exercises is often difficult; for me, Radtac nailed it! If you are interested in learning agile approaches from those with real-world experience, my only advice is to call these guys first.“
Senior Developer, Agile Coach
“Fantastic course. Very insightful and made the effort to show how this can be applied outside of software development too.“
Government Administration, Oxfordshire County Council
“I can’t think of a better way of getting to grips with Scrum, covered by people who really knew their stuff. A thoroughly enjoyable and engaging course which really helped improve the way my team works. “
Web developer, University of Kent
“The BCS Foundation Course in Agile Practice offers a great introduction to project management theory and practice in this newest of PM theories. The course further offers an understanding of how other working methodologies can be applied to the wider Agile approach. In or out of IT, I would recommend this course to anyone looking to deliver results in an incremental, structured and creative/collaborative fashion.”
